- Houseboat, with Cary Grant and Sophia Loren.
- Gigi, with Leslie Caron and Maurice Chevalier.

Rachael came in and schooled us on various legal issues, like unreasonable doubt, why a jury's decision must be unanimous if it is to be a decision of guilty, and similar topics. Motivation for this was the AJ Gonzales trial, which has gone to deliberation.
Susan Douglas and Denise Lane joined us in the studio this morning. They were here for our show prep and all three hours of the show. They are to be new hosts here in the Santa Cruz Voice family. Their show will be called Go Ahead And Tell Me. It will be interviews and stories that inspire, guide, heal, and entertain. Be sure to listen to their show, which will be airing within just a few weeks.

We spent an awful lot of time on traffic and weather today, due to a significant storm. When not doing that, we spoke with Jennifer Lawrence. She has a couple businesses in Moss Landing. Moss Landing Boatworks is where you can get your boat hauled out and repaired. The other is Woodward Marine, where Rosemary says the fish and chips is worth the trip. Bill trusts her opinion, but prefers to find out such things for himself.

We took a chance and tried Dr. Pete's recommendation of having peanut butter and mustard on a cracker, at the same time. We were both surprised to find we enjoyed it.
Jaime Smith was on to talk nosh. He gave us his thoughts on how safe the food in the area is and will be, given the pollutants that went into the air during the recent Moss Landing battery fire. Our experience with the peanut butter-mustard crackers inspired a lengthy discussion of mustards as well.
Brian Roeder is one of the founders of the group Never Again Moss Landing. He joined us in the third hour to share his experiences following the fire. Spoiler alert: they have not been good.
