Bill explained how he makes corned beef and cabbage, which seemed strange to Rosemary. She then went to Jaime Smith for a pro's technique. Guess what? Just the same. Jaime then went on to talk about egg substitutes, and why it is best not to crack an egg on the edge of a pan or bowl, but on a flat surface.
Dan Haifley joined us. He expects today's vote to result in Justin Cummings remaining on the coastal commission. He also said the biggest threat to our marine sanctuary is the layoffs that have happened at NOAA. Also, we are considering adding more to the 27 offshore oil drilling platforms that exist off the California coast today.
