Helbard of Little Hill Sanctuary let us know Sparrow, who is not a bird but a dog, is doing well. Also, they have acquired a pot belly pig. Perhaps the talented photographer will have a photo of the new addition on their website soon. Gary surprised us with a call from Manhattan, where he and Robin are getting lots of steps in by stepping around the naked guitarist, rather right up to him to have a picture taken. Jaime Smith told us an improbable story of people polishing rice, but of course he is always right. He was also right about the best crackers to pair with cheese, and what is good when it sits on a ritz.
